FAMILY THERAPY

Family counselling can assist you in repairing strained bonds with your spouse, kids, or other family members. You can discuss regarding certain subjects like marital or financial difficulties, parent-child conflict, or the effects of substance misuse or a mental disease on the whole family. Any family circumstance that results in stress, sadness, rage, or conflict can benefit from family counselling. It can aid in improving communication between family members and in teaching them coping mechanisms that will help them become closer.

It is often observed that family members find it difficult to understand and comprehend the appropriate response to another member's mental health concerns. As a result, they end up reacting in a manner that does not help in combating the issue at hand, rather makes it worse.
