MINDFULNESS BASED HEALING

The awareness that arises from paying purposeful attention to the present moment and the unfolding of experience without passing judgement is known as mindfulness. Moment-by-moment awareness of one's experiences, such as paying close attention to breathing, noises, physical sensations, inner feelings and thoughts, and our responses to certain events, are all examples of mindfulness.

To achieve a state of attentive awareness, stretching is frequently combined with meditation techniques. Without determining whether they are negative or positive, significant or unimportant, unhealthy or healthy, the client simply observes the sensations, thoughts, and feelings as they arise. Instead of using the same old catastrophizing, avoiding, or other unhealthy coping mechanisms, the client is supposed to develop a new relationship with the mental or physical illness.

At Praana, a multitude of different mental health concerns, are treated using mindfulness therapy. In addition, it can support the treatment of problems that are not just related to health. Lessening the symptoms of sadness and anxiety, improving focus and memory, reducing stress, enhancing relationship satisfaction, and improving overall quality of life are just a few of the health and life advantages of mindfulness therapy.
